We’re Hiring: Flow Cytometry Head | Advanced Cell Analysis & Sorting

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Flow Cytometry Center Head to lead our advanced cytometry facility. This is a unique opportunity to drive scientific innovation, support cutting-edge research, and manage a high-performance team in a dynamic research environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and mentor the Flow Cytometry team.
• Design, optimize, and implement advanced Flow Cytometry protocols and panels.
• Provide scientific consultation, training, and hands-on support to researchers.
• Drive innovation through evaluation, acquisition, and integration of new technologies.
• Contribute to equipment grant applications and assist with scientific publications.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of flow cytometers and high-end cell sorters.

Qualifications

• PhD in Immunology, Cellular Biology, Molecular Biology, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of practical experience in flow cytometry and cell sorting (significant advantage).
• Strong expertise in data analysis and computational tools (e.g., Python, R).
• Proven experience in team leadership and staff management.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of service orientation.
