Cyber Security Consultant

About the Role:

We are a leading MSSP serving as the strategic security partner for a diverse portfolio of clients. We are looking for a GRC Consultant to join our team. This is a high-growth role designed for an ambitious professional (0-3 years of experience) who is ready to accelerate their career by managing complex security programs across multiple environments.

As an MSSP Consultant, you will not be boxed into a single repetitive task. Your role will shift dynamically based on client needs, requiring you to wear multiple hats:

• The Strategic Advisor (Deputy CISO): For specific clients, you will act as the right hand to the CISO - assisting with strategy definition, preparing management reviews, and presenting risk surveys to board members.
• The Compliance Lead: You will own certification lifecycles like ISO 27001, SOC2, GDPR) end-to-end ensuring clients meet audit requirements efficiently.
• The Program Owner: You will manage specific security domains, such as Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), Suppliers Management, and organizational Security Awareness/Phishing campaigns.

Who You Are:

We are looking for a "Rising Star" - someone who may be early in their career but possesses the maturity and theoretical knowledge of a senior practitioner.

• Experience: 0-3 years of practical experience in Information Security, GRC, or related military technical roles.
• Certification Mindset: You are a graduate of a recognized CISO training course, or you are actively holding/studying for CISM, CISSP, or CISA. We value the methodological depth these certifications provide.
• Communication: You are technical enough to understand the threat, but articulate enough to translate risk into business logic for senior management.
• Frameworks: Hands-on familiarity with ISO 27001 is required. Knowledge of NIST, SOC2, or cloud regulations is a strong advantage.
• Language: High proficiency in English (Written and Verbal) is essential for policy writing and international client correspondence.
