Role description

We're looking for a Back-End Developer who thrives in a fast-paced fintech environment and is passionate about building high-performance systems. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our technology stack, crafting scalable, resilient, and secure backend services that power our transaction recovery engine. You'll work closely with our development team to integrate third-party services, optimize performance, and push the boundaries of what’s possible in payment technology.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain robust, scalable back-end services in C# using .NET Core
• Design and implement microservices-based architectures with a focus on reliability and performance
• Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance platform capabilities
• Optimize system performance, scalability, and fault tolerance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Ensure high-quality, well-documented, and maintainable code

What We’re Looking For

✔ Strong experience in Back-End Web Development and Software Engineering

✔ Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, Entity Framework Core, and microservices architecture

✔ Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms for scalable service deployment

✔ Expertise in designing APIs, service discovery, and communication protocols

✔ Solid understanding of distributed systems, event-driven architecture, and system resilience

✔ Ability to integrate third-party payment services and optimize transaction flows

✔ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

✔ Bonus: Experience in payment processing or fintech environments
