Junior Data PMO

We are looking for a Junior Data PMO

with strong analytical skills, business-oriented thinking, and the ability to drive cross-company initiatives that support executive decision-making.

This role combines project leadership with business analysis, working directly with the CEO and executive team to influence company priorities and outcomes.

What will you do?

• Lead and manage cross-organizational strategic projects from definition to full implementation.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to produce business insights, recommendations, and decision-support materials.
• Evaluate business performance trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and highlight risks or inefficiencies.
• Build periodic dashboards, reports, and executive presentations that simplify complex information.
• Coordinate workflows across departments and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Identify gaps, challenges, and bottlenecks - and propose data-driven solutions.
• Initiate and implement process improvements to increase operational and business efficiency.

What should you bring?

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management, Economics, Business Administration, or a related analytical field- at must.
• 2–3 years of experience in PMO/Business Analysis, including proven experience working in a medium or large corporate environment.
• Proven experience turning data into clear business insights and recommendations.
• High proficiency in Excel; familiarity with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau/Looker). SQL is an advantage.
• Experience working with AI tools (ChatGPT, automations, text/data analysis).
• Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and the ability to understand numbers, trends, and KPIs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills - especially for executive-level audiences.
• Ability to work with senior leadership, influence stakeholders, and manage end-to-end processes.
