We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Operations Manager to join our team and ensure seamless execution of our existing product portfolio.
Job Overview: As a Product Operations Manager, you will be the central coordinator between departments, managing existing product projects from implementation through delivery. You will work closely with engineering, sales, and leadership teams to ensure products meet customer requirements and regulatory standards across different markets. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customer-driven product modifications and cross-functional coordination. This role reports directly to the VP of Product and Projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate existing product projects across multiple departments (engineering, production, sales, and operations)
- Serve as the primary liaison with customers for product modifications, customizations, and technical requirements
- Navigate and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements across different countries and markets
- Coordinate between internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in cross-departmental workflows
- Maintain detailed documentation of product specifications, changes, and customer requirements
- Support the product lifecycle management process and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
Required:
- 3-4 years of experience in product management, project coordination, operations, or a related role in the defense/security sector
- Proven ability to coordinate between multiple departments and stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Monday, Jira, Excel, or similar)
Preferred:
- Background in defense/security sector – significant advantage
- Technical background or engineering degree (Industrial Engineering & Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields)
- Experience working with international customers and understanding of regulatory compliance
- Previous experience in a Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant to CEO, or similar coordination role
- Familiarity with robotics, drones, or electro-mechanical products
- Experience working in both startup and established company environments
