About The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Procurement Manager to lead end-to-end procurement activities across our fast-growing health-tech SaaS company. This is an individual contributor role, focused on optimizing vendor relationships, ensuring cost efficiency, and supporting our teams with smart purchasing processes and tools.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full procurement lifecycle – from identifying needs through negotiation and contract management.
• Lead and coordinate RFIs and RFPs across departments to ensure transparent and competitive vendor selection.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, HR, and Operations to streamline purchasing processes and ensure compliance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Analyze spend data and identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement.
• Support strategic sourcing initiatives and vendor performance reviews.
  
  

• 4-5 years of experience in procurement or sourcing within a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
• Proven experience managing RFIs/RFPs and vendor evaluation processes.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• A team player with a can-do approach!
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English - both written and verbal.
