Key Responsibilities of the VP Marketing – Digital Strategy, Brand, and Growth:

• Lead the global marketing function, defining and executing a comprehensive strategy for user acquisition, engagement, and retention across digital channels.
• Oversee the development and implementation of Fitness22’s brand identity, ensuring alignment with business objectives and audience insights.
• Drive high-impact, data-driven digital marketing campaigns (including SEO, social media, content, email, paid acquisition, and influencer partnerships).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, Data, and Engineering to optimise growth levers and enhance user journeys.
• Champion the use of analytics and performance metrics to measure campaign ROI and inform agile marketing decisions.
• Manage and develop a high-performing, diverse marketing team, fostering career growth, creativity, and accountability.
• Represent Fitness22 at key industry events, building partnerships and increasing the company’s visibility in the wellness tech sector.
• Stay ahead of emerging marketing technology, consumer trends, and competitive landscape to ensure Fitness22 maintains market leadership.
  
  

• 10+ years in B2C/mobile marketing, incl. 4+ years leading multi-disciplinary teams. Demonstrated expertise in growth marketing, brand development, and digital campaign execution at scale.
• Mastery of multi-channel marketing including SEO, SEM, social, content marketing, CRM, and influencer marketing.
• Strategic thinker with exceptional communication, project management, and analytical skills.
• Deep understanding of digital metrics, user acquisition funnels, and conversion rate optimisation.
• Experience leveraging data and consumer insights to shape marketing activity and achieve ambitious targets.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to inspire, develop, and manage cross-functional marketing teams.
• Advanced proficiency in English, both verbal and written, with a global perspective.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
