We’re looking for a Marketing Designer ready to take the next step in their career.

But, this role isn’t for everyone.

We’re looking for sharp eyes, quick thinking, creative writing skills, and the ability to adapt your design style to any format that comes your way- from Meta to TikTok, from a tiny asset to a full creative concept.

What You’ll Do

• Work hands-on with the hottest AI tools- as an integral part of your daily creative work
• Produce campaign assets across multiple platforms: Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Display and more
• Take a brief → develop a concept → design → create variations → deliver final assets
• Create designs that drive measurable performance (not just portfolio visuals)
• Turn AI tools into a creative engine, not just a shortcut
• Grow into influencing style, direction, and creative language across client work
• Collaborate with the team that backs each other, inspires each other, and keeps the creative fire going

What we're looking for you to have

• 1-3 years of experience from a Digital Agency / Advertising Agency / Studio / Freelance work
• Expert-level Photoshop skills
• Big advantage for experience in: Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, Canva, After Effects
• Curious mindset about AI tools such as Firefly, Midjourney, Sora, Ideogram — and whatever comes out tomorrow
• Strong creative writing instincts
• Solid understanding of media, social, digital and everything in between- what works, what sticks, what drives action
• Strong ability to work fast and efficiently while maintaining high aesthetic standards
• Constant desire to learn, grow, and level-up, just like a Pokémon
