We are seeking a highly skilled Lawyer specializing in high-tech and commercial law for a full-time, on-site role in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. The role involves advising clients on high-tech transactions, handling commercial agreements, providing regulatory guidance, and participating in mergers and acquisitions related to technology and commercial law. The role also requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to deliver innovative and strategic legal solutions for a diverse range of clients, including leading corporations and startups in the technology sector.

• Proven experience and expertise in high-tech law, intellectual property, and corporate law
• Strong skills in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements
• In-depth knowledge of the Israeli and international legal and regulatory landscape in high-tech and business
• Strategic advising and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills
• Fluency in Hebrew and English, both written and oral
• Strong academic background in law and a valid license to practice in Israel
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions and investment transactions is a plus
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
