UCT is looking for a talented Manager, Accounting to join us in Israel!

The Manager, Accounting leads financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support strategic decision-making. This role partners with business units to develop operating plans and long-range forecasts, delivers insightful financial modeling and reporting, and ensures compliance with regulatory standards. It also supports strategic initiatives including M&A evaluations and investment analysis, providing critical financial insights to senior leadership.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead development and execution of annual operating plans (AOP), rolling forecasts, and strategic plans.
• Oversee monthly and quarterly financial reporting, including variance analysis and executive dashboards.
• Develop and maintain core financial models and planning cadence for the business.
• Support M&A evaluations, build/buy/rent analyses, and strategic investments.
• Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in planning activities.

Educational/Certification Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with leadership experience.

• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
• Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
• Technologically savvy, with proficiency in data visualization tools and Excel.
