FP&A Analyst

A global Hi-Tech compamy is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior FP&A Analyst to join the Finance team. In this role, you will support budgeting and forecasting processes, analyze financial performance, and provide meaningful insights to help drive strategic business decisions. This position requires strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the organization.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

• Perform budget structuring and forecasting analysis
• Manage the monthly close process and produce budget variance reports
• Maintain a rolling forecast reflecting recent business events
• Act as a business partner to business and functional owners, providing insights and recommendations
• Manage local procurement processes (PO approvals, cleansing, maintenance, and training)
• Create and analyze ad-hoc financial and business deep dives

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or Accounting (MBA – advantage)
• 2+ years of financial/analytical experience in a global organization
• Knowledge of statistical and mathematical models
• Expert-level Excel skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities
• Ability to dive into details while maintaining a big-picture view
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Fluent English
• Comfortable working in a dynamic and changing environment
• Advantages: Project management experience; strong IS orientation (ERP, BI)
