We now seek a Cloud & DevOps Expert who can architect, automate, secure, and operate the cloud foundation that powers our platform.

• Cloud Architecture from Zero-to-One: Design and implement NXTY’s entire cloud environment, ensuring scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Infrastructure as Code: Build fully automated infrastructure using Terraform, CloudFormation, or equivalent tooling.
• CI/CD & Automation: Create, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD).
• Containerization & Orchestration: Manage Docker-based workloads and Kubernetes clusters; write Helm charts; define deployment standards.
• Platform Reliability: Implement monitoring, logging, and observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, OpenTelemetry).
• Cloud Security & Compliance: Enforce IAM best practices, network security, secrets management (Vault, KMS), and hardening policies.
• Operational Excellence: Improve performance, resilience, and cloud cost efficiency across all environments.
• Collaboration: Work closely with backend and AI teams to design robust deployment workflows and infrastructure patterns.

• 5+ years in Cloud & DevOps engineering with hands-on ownership of production systems.
• Strong experience with AWS / GCP / Azure (AWS preferred).
• Expertise in Terraform or similar IaC frameworks.
• Deep knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and containerized architectures.
• Hands-on CI/CD experience with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of IAM, cloud security, VPC networking, policies, secrets management.
• Familiarity with monitoring / observability tools and production-scale operations.

• Ownership mindset — able to architect and operate systems independently.
• Precision & reliability — rigorous approach to automation, security, and infrastructure quality.
• Collaboration with engineering teams in a fast-moving startup environment.

• Experience designing infrastructure for AI/ML systems.
• Experience in early-stage or high-growth startups.
• Background in SRE or platform engineering roles.
• Open-source contributions in DevOps/Cloud tooling.
