A leading organization in the transportation infrastructure sector is seeking a Corporate Secretary & Head of Regulations Department.
Key Responsibilities:
Leading corporate governance processes and managing interfaces between the Board Chair, Board members, CEO, and senior leadership.
Coordinating the Board and Board committees: agendas, materials, protocols, decision tracking, and annual work plans.
Managing regulatory and compliance matters with the Companies Authority, public committees, and additional external bodies.
Overseeing organizational procedures, including drafting, updating, and implementing internal policies.
Reporting directly to the CEO.
