Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Product Manager, located in Ramat Gan. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for driving the product development lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch. Daily tasks include developing product strategies, gathering and prioritizing requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams such as designers, developers, and sales, and driving the execution of product initiatives. The role also involves continuous market research, analyzing user feedback and success metrics, and ensuring the solutions align with customer needs and business goals.

Qualifications

• Product Management, Strategic Planning, and Roadmap Development expertise
• previous expertise in marketing
• Strong skills in Market Research, Analytics, and Competitor Analysis
• Proficiency in Collaboration, Leadership, and Cross-functional Team Management
• Deep understanding of UX/UI principles to guide Product Design
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering (or equivalent experience)
• Familiarity with AI-focused products or experience in tech SaaS industries is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
