Head of Office Real Estate Sales and Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the office real estate sales and marketing function end to end, setting direction and driving results.
• Manage, mentor and elevate a team of office marketing managers, ensuring high quality execution across all assets.
• Oversee the marketing and leasing activity of multiple significant office properties.
• Initiate, negotiate and close large scale leasing transactions involving thousands of sqm.
• Build and maintain a powerful network within the Israeli office market, including brokers, architects, engineering firms and commercial clients.
• Identify opportunities, anticipate market trends and translate them into actionable plans.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze data and optimize work processes for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in office real estate leasing, sales or marketing.
• Deep familiarity with the Israeli office market and its key players.
• Proven track record of major leasing transactions.
• Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to guide, mentor and influence professionals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills.
• Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands on and commercially involved.
