Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategy of the product design, based on differentiation of our platform
• Help design and develop new product concepts from initial phases until delivery
• Work fast in an agile UX development process within a fast-growing product
• Lead turning big ideas into simple features and dealing with the continuous challenge of making the complicated simple
• Take charge of the entire design cycle - help create use case description, create wireframes, initial sketches and prototypes, and oversee their development through to the delivery of thoughtfully crafted design

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional product design experience designing useful, usable and meaningful user interfaces at startups or larger tech companies, preferably B2B
• Domain knowledge in the world of cybersecurity
• Experience in user research with customers including user behavior analysis
• Fast paced and hands on individual who can deliver fast while being systematic and data oriented
• Leading concept to implementation by doing things end-to-end while having ownership of deliverables. High self-learning abilities, capable to lead design development for new products from the concept stage to implementation
• Creative and communicative, you can envision original solutions and communicate them to stakeholders. You are able to articulate ideas, handle constructive criticism, and iterate quickly based on feedback
• Proficient in using a prototyping tool such as, but not limited to: Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
