CRM Systems Analyst and Project Manager

We are recruiting a CRM Systems Analyst and Project Manager for a healthcare organization located in central Israel.

Responsibilities:

-Analyze and support CRM systems, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics

-Write functional and technical specification documents

-Develop and maintain solutions using Power Platform tools such as Power Automate and Power Apps

-Manage technology projects involving multiple stakeholders and interfaces

-Provide ongoing support, testing, and documentation as needed

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in CRM systems analysis, with an emphasis on Microsoft Dynamics
• Experience in writing functional and technical specification documents
• Experience with Power Platform such as: Power Automate, Power Apps
• Experience in managing technology projects with multiple interfaces
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Industrial Engineering and Management / Information Systems
