Inviting applications for the role of AVP, Product Management

In this role, you will be to be part of our team developing our next-generation AI-first SaaS products. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment and grow within the Product Management domain.

Responsibilities

• Engage with C-level clients and stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into product opportunities.
• Serve as an intermediary between internal-external customers and R&D teams through which requirements flow.
• Manage product backlog in agile methodology.
• Maintain documentation, briefing papers, reports, and executive presentations as needed.
• Lead and mentor product owners, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications

• Academic degree in relevant discipline.
• Experience (7+ years) in product management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of delivering complex software products, preferably in AI or SaaS domains.
• Deep understanding of agile methodologies and product development best practices.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.

Preferred Qualifications / Skills

• Experience in a similar leadership role within a product-based or technology-driven company.
• Familiarity with AI-first SaaS products and enterprise-scale deployments.
• Certifications in Agile, Product Management, or related fields.
• Exposure to global markets and multicultural teams.
