We are looking for a Priority Project Manager to join our Retail Department and lead Priority ERP implementations for retail customers. In this role, you’ll manage projects end-to-end — from discovery and specification to delivery and go-live — ensuring successful outcomes and strong client satisfaction.
What you’ll do
- Lead Priority ERP implementation projects for retail customers from start to finish.
- Meet with clients to deeply understand business needs, processes, and challenges.
- Translate client requirements into clear and detailed specification documents.
- Configure and implement Priority solutions based on these specifications.
- Manage small to mid-sized projects independently, including planning, execution, risk management, and delivery.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert guidance and best practices.
- Ensure effective time management, resource allocation, and task prioritization across projects.
- Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle — managing expectations, timelines, and changes.
- Travel to client sites as needed to support successful implementation and adoption.
Requirements
- Mandatory: Strong hands-on expertise in Priority ERP (implementation/configuration experience).
- Mandatory: Proven experience leading ERP implementation projects, including client-facing delivery.
- At least 5–7 years in project management and implementations (within 3–5 years total relevant experience).
- Deep knowledge of Priority Financial Module; knowledge of modules such as Sales, CRM/Marketing, Service, Inventory or Retail-related processes is a strong advantage.
- Excellent self-management skills: ability to prioritize, manage workload, and raise issues early when needed.
- Strong customer-facing communication and relationship-building skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client locations.
