Priority Project Manager

Priority Software is a leading provider of ERP and business management solutions, helping organizations run smarter and more agile operations.

We are looking for a Priority Project Manager to join our Retail Department and lead Priority ERP implementations for retail customers. In this role, you’ll manage projects end-to-end — from discovery and specification to delivery and go-live — ensuring successful outcomes and strong client satisfaction.

What you’ll do

• Lead Priority ERP implementation projects for retail customers from start to finish.
• Meet with clients to deeply understand business needs, processes, and challenges.
• Translate client requirements into clear and detailed specification documents.
• Configure and implement Priority solutions based on these specifications.
• Manage small to mid-sized projects independently, including planning, execution, risk management, and delivery.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert guidance and best practices.
• Ensure effective time management, resource allocation, and task prioritization across projects.
• Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle — managing expectations, timelines, and changes.
• Travel to client sites as needed to support successful implementation and adoption.

Requirements

• Mandatory: Strong hands-on expertise in Priority ERP (implementation/configuration experience).
• Mandatory: Proven experience leading ERP implementation projects, including client-facing delivery.
• At least 5–7 years in project management and implementations (within 3–5 years total relevant experience).
• Deep knowledge of Priority Financial Module; knowledge of modules such as Sales, CRM/Marketing, Service, Inventory or Retail-related processes is a strong advantage.
• Excellent self-management skills: ability to prioritize, manage workload, and raise issues early when needed.
• Strong customer-facing communication and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client locations.
