This is a full-time on-site role located in the Tel Aviv District, Israel, for a Vice President (VP) of Research and Development. The VP of R&D will oversee and manage research and product development projects, lead cross-functional teams, and drive innovation within the company. Responsibilities include strategizing and implementing R&D initiatives, managing development timelines, leading software and product development efforts, and ensuring alignment with company goals.

• Proven experience in Research and Development (R&D) and expertise in leading innovative projects and initiatives.
• Strong skills in Project Management, including the ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
• Expertise in Software Development and Product Development, with a track record of successful product launches and innovations.
• Proficiency in Cross-functional Team Leadership, including managing diverse teams and driving collaboration across departments.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify market opportunities and implement solutions.
• Experience in the financial technology sector or related industries is a plus.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
