Job Description:

• Leading a development team of 3–5 developers, including professional guidance, mentoring, task allocation, and performance management.
• Full responsibility for the development, maintenance, and upgrade of complex systems.
• Designing and implementing architecture alongside hands-on development of core system components (at least 50% of the role).
• Working closely with product managers, system analysts, and additional development stakeholders for task definition and implementation.
• Leading high-quality development processes: Code Review, CI/CD processes, and working with Agile methodologies.
• Integrating between services and systems in cloud and on-prem environments.
• Identifying failures, improving performance, and resolving infrastructure issues—both client-side and server-side.
• Working with large databases, building complex queries, and optimizing performance.
• Promoting technological innovation within the team and implementing new technologies as needed.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in React.js development.
• At least 4 years of experience working with MSSQL databases.
• At least 3 years of experience in .NET Core.
• At least 1 year of experience managing a development team (3 developers or more).
• At least 1 year of experience working with Git.
• At least 1 year of experience with AWS or Azure cloud – mandatory.
• Hands-on involvement of at least 50% of the role.
• Experience working with GIS systems – an advantage.
