Role Description
We are looking for a high-performing PhD candidate to join a multidisciplinary team focused on tackling hematological malignancies. This project involves the development of an Engineered Extracellular Vesicle (EV) therapeutic platform. You will be responsible for the molecular engineering and functional validation of "designer" immune-cell EVs, bridging the gap between basic biology and clinical application.

Requirements:
Essential (must-have)
- Molecular Biology: Proficient in standard cloning, genetic engineering, and analysis methods.
- Cell Culture: Extensive experience with mammalian cell lines and aseptic techniques.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Mindset: A proven capacity for self-motivated research and the resilience to navigate scientific "unknowns."
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications (Advantage):
- Experience in Extracellular Vesicle (EV) isolation and characterization (NTA, SEC, TFF).
- Experience with Viral Transduction systems (Lentivirus/Retrovirus).
