We’re hiring A Project Manager

Role Overview:

Lead multidisciplinary projects from proposal to delivery ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to timelines, budgets and quality standards. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, coordinating specifications, interfaces while providing professional guidance and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to define specifications, interfaces and testing protocols.
Matrix management of engineering and manufacturing disciplines across projects.
Develop and monitor work plans, ensuring compliance with schedules, budgets and quality standards.
Oversee development, integrations and delivery from proposal to completion.
Provide post-delivery client support throughout the warranty period.
Support marketing initiatives and respond to proposals.
Coordinate with all company departments (Development, Marketing, Operations, Manufacturing) to solve problems and ensure successful project execution.

Work Environment:

Fast-paced, dynamic, and matrixed development environment with opportunities for international travel.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience managing multidisciplinary technology projects, preferably in defense/security sectors.
Strong technical learning ability and familiarity with military standards – a plus.
Previous experience in development teams – an advantage.
Proficient in Office software (including MS Project) and risk management tools.
Strong teamwork, independence, attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure.
Fluent in Hebrew and English.
