Marine Systems Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Marine Project Manager to join our development team within the Missiles and Space Division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage development projects for launch and control systems operating in marine environments, including integration on board vessels and coastal platforms.

• Manage and coordinate cross-functional system engineering teams and subcontractors in a matrix environment.

• Oversee project budgets, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.

• Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for prime contractors and customers in Israel and abroad.

• Ensure compliance with technical requirements, system verification, and validation testing.

• Manage the full ILS (Integrated Logistic Support) lifecycle of the project.

• Support marketing and procurement teams with technical and financial proposals.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering – mandatory.

• At least 3 years of proven experience in project management – mandatory.

• Hands-on experience in the development and installation of systems on marine platforms – mandatory.

• Strong technical and operational understanding of marine systems.

• High-level technical English (spoken and written) – mandatory.

• Strong leadership, team-building, and interpersonal skills.

• M.Sc. in Systems Engineering or Project Management – advantage.

• Specialization in Marine Engineering – advantage.

• Practical experience working with shipyards and marine engineering entities in Israel or abroad – advantage.

• Naval officer course or service/experience on board naval vessels – advantage.

• Familiarity with civil and military marine standards and regulations – advantage.

• Knowledge of additional languages – advantage.
