Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on, detail-driven Controller (Entry-Level) to join our finance function, reporting directly to the CFO.

This role is designed for newly qualified CPAs transitioning from internship to their first corporate role, performing core financial reporting, audit support, accounting tasks, and compliance activities as part of the day-to-day finance operation, with ongoing guidance from the CFO.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee day-to-day accounting activities and coordinate with the external bookkeeping team.
• Handle payment processors & operational finance: PSP reconciliation, cash-flow monitoring, transaction accuracy, and process optimization.
• Support external audits, US tax filings, and statutory reporting.
• Build dashboards and financial models in Excel and Power BI / AI tools to support financial analysis and decision-making.
• Enhance and implement financial and accounting systems and tools, including ongoing ownership of Priority ERP.
• Partner with the CFO on budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and KPI tracking.
• Maintain internal controls, accounting procedures, and compliance standards.
