Role Description

• Serve as a professional, independent team member responsible for onboarding and migrating business customers to managed cloud services.
• Design, maintain, and implement new products, communication systems, and security infrastructures.
• Lead complex networking and cybersecurity projects for both new and existing customers migrating to the cloud.
• Provide ongoing maintenance and respond to evolving customer needs.
• Work closely with key stakeholders in sensitive technical environments.
• Maintain a high level of independence, service orientation, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
• Implement cloud-based products and services remotely.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in similar roles within networking and information security — mandatory.
• Experience managing data communication systems, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless networks.
• Proven experience leading technical projects in networking and cybersecurity, working with external vendors and internal IT teams.
• Strong knowledge of communication protocols: TCP/IP, MPLS, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF.
• Experience with FORTINET firewalls and cloud infrastructures (Private/Public).
• Experience with HP and Cisco switches.
• Professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CISSP, CISM — significant advantage.
• High-level technical English — mandatory.

Additional Information

• Position requires 24/7 availability when needed, including handling occasional night/weekend/holiday incidents.
• Role includes on-site visits for implementation and maintenance at customer locations (most work is performed remotely from the company office).
