Procurement Manager

 IVIX is seeking an experienced and strategic Procurement Manager to build and lead the company’s procurement function while establishing an organizational, procedural, and strategic foundation for efficient, transparent, and well-governed procurement operations. In this role, you will own the full procurement lifecycle — from defining organizational needs to ensuring timely delivery of goods and services — while driving cost efficiency, operational excellence, and compliance with company policies. This position requires a proactive leader with strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to partner effectively across multiple teams. 

About the postion

• Develop and implement a company-wide procurement policy, including approval flows, operating procedures, and governance principles.
• Build a multi-year procurement strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives and operational needs.
• Define and track key procurement KPIs to measure efficiency, cost performance, and organizational value.
• Instill a culture of early planning, transparency, and controls across all business units.
• Lead the full end-to-end procurement process: supplier sourcing, evaluation, commercial and contractual negotiations, purchase order creation, invoice control, and delivery tracking.
• Establish and maintain strong working interfaces between Procurement, Finance, Operations, and HR.
• Build and manage the annual procurement budget, quarterly forecasts, and ongoing budget performance tracking and variance analysis.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and continuously improve procurement ROI.
• Drive process optimization and implement digital procurement tools and platforms (ERP / procurement management systems) to increase automation, reporting accuracy, and operational effectiveness.
• Manage strategic vendors and long-term partnerships while conducting ongoing supplier performance evaluations and business reviews.
• Mitigate risks related to external engagements and ensure strong compliance with procurement policies, ethics standards, and legal requirements.
• Collaborate closely with Legal and Finance teams on contract oversight and organizational commitments.
• Report directly to the company’s CFO.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing procurement in a technology-driven or global organization.
• Proven experience developing procurement strategies, policies, and scalable organizational processes.
• Strong business, financial, and contractual understanding with a demonstrated ability to lead complex commercial negotiations.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and excellent proficiency in Office applications, especially Excel.
• Exceptional negotiation capabilities, strategic thinking, and strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Native-level Hebrew and high-level English (written and verbal).
