About the Role:

Our client is seeking an AI Software Engineer to join their engineering team and help build the next generation of intelligent security automation. This role centers on developing autonomous AI components and orchestration systems, with full ownership over features from early exploration through deployment and ongoing optimisation. The ideal candidate enjoys working on complex systems and delivering AI-driven capabilities at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop intelligent systems that drive automated security analysis and response.
• Design and implement autonomous components that support investigation, reasoning, and action.
• Build and maintain orchestration pipelines for high-volume, large-scale data processing.
• Own features end to end, from research and technical design through production rollout and monitoring.
• Tackle scalability, performance, and reliability challenges in distributed environments.
• Collaborate closely with engineers across multiple technologies (Python, React/TypeScript, Rust).

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in professional software engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI-driven systems, or autonomous workflows.
• Experience working with workflow orchestration frameworks or custom-built solutions.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a holistic, systems-level mindset.
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment.
