We are looking for an exceptional R&D Director to lead our global Development department. This is a unique opportunity to drive innovation, lead modernization, and shape the future of digital learning solutions on an international scale.

✨ What You’ll Do:

Lead and inspire a global development team, setting technology strategy and ensuring delivery excellence.

Oversee end-to-end software development, focusing on scalability, maintainability, and performance.

Guide modernization initiatives: cloud migration, microservices, and next-gen architectures.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Business, and senior stakeholders worldwide.

Scale teams, processes, and technology to support business growth and continuous innovation.

Foster a culture of technical curiosity, agility, and AI-driven thinking.

💡 What We’re Looking For:

5+ years leading and scaling software development teams.

Strong technical expertise in C#, .NET Core, Web APIs, Angular, React Native, MS-SQL.

Proven track record in platform modernization and cloud migration.

Deep experience with Agile, Scrum, DevOps (Azure) practices.

Global mindset with strong communication and leadership skills.

BSc in Computer Science/Software Engineering.

Fluent English is a must.
