Quality Control Supervisor

GreenOnyx, a cutting-edge Ag-tech/Food-tech startup, is seeking a QC Specialist to join our team and play a key role in supporting our growth. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a multidisciplinary team of engineers and biologists to tackle critical challenges in the Ag-Tech and Food-Tech industries.

Location: Tel Aviv

Key Responsibilities:

·      Manage and perform daily QC lab operations, ensuring timely completion of all tasks.

·      Conduct sterility tests for growing systems and water under a laminar flow hood.

·      Monitor air quality in laminar hoods and sterile growth environments.

·      Coordinate with external laboratories and manage sample shipments.

·      Ensure regular calibration and maintenance of company equipment.

·      Perform microbial testing on final products.

·      Support pilot farm operations.

·      Assist with QA activities as needed.

·      Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) at a basic level.

Requirements:

·      B.Sc. in Biology or Biotechnology.

·      Prior experience in cleanrooms or sterile environments is a plus.

·      Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene and safety standards.

·      Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with problem-solving skills.

·      Flexibility to work shifts and adaptable hours.

·      Proactive and hands-on approach; able to execute tasks independently.

·      Organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and results-driven.

·      Team player with ability to collaborate across disciplines.

·      Good command of English.
