Reporting to: FP&A Corporate Manager\Director of FP&A
Location: Rosh H’aain
What will you do?
- Support company-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
- Perform in-depth financial and business analysis across revenues, gross margin, and operating expenses
- Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly management reporting with clear insights and recommendations for senior leadership
- Partner closely with global business leaders across Sales, Operations, R&D, Marketing, and Supply Chain, acting as a strategic finance business partner
- Analyze financial performance versus Budget and Forecast, identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities
- Support monthly and quarterly close processes in collaboration with Accounting
- Drive process optimization, automation, and best practices within FP&A
What should you have?
Must-Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA – advantage)
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or similar roles
- Experience in a global, publicly traded company – strong advantage
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Fluent English – written and spoken
- Strong analytical thinking combined with solid business judgment
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in technology, industrial, or SaaS companies
- Hands-on experience with FP&A and BI tools (e.g., TM1, Hyperion, Power BI)
- Knowledge of US GAAP
- Experience working directly with senior management and executives
