Role Overview:
A dynamic position combining guest reservation management with day-to-day property operations. You will handle all bookings, guest communication, and coordinate the smooth running of apartments to ensure an excellent guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage guest inquiries, reservations, cancellations, and daily communication.
- Update calendars, pricing, and availability across Airbnb and other platforms.
- Coordinate check-in/check-out details with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
- Oversee cleaning schedules, maintenance requests, and vendor coordination.
- Conduct property inspections to ensure units are clean, stocked, and guest-ready.
- Handle urgent operational issues and ensure fast problem resolution.
- Track inventory and manage supplies across apartments.
- Prepare simple weekly performance and operations reports.
Requirements:
- Experience in hospitality, property management, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills (English required).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Tech-savvy with familiarity in PMS or channel managers (Hostaway, Guesty, etc.).
- Problem solver, proactive
