Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahihud (near Karmiel), Israel. The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for developing and reviewing electrical designs, conducting electrical analyses, and overseeing system performance. Additional responsibilities include working on power systems and distribution frameworks, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with project requirements, and troubleshooting electrical issues to optimize efficiency. The role involves providing innovative and practical solutions for defense, automotive, and technology sector projects.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering – Mandatory.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Defense Industry – Mandatory.
• Military Service – Mandatory.
• Experience in designing electrical systems for mounted (mobile) platforms and stationary systems.
• Deep understanding of Defense Standards (e.g., MIL-STD-1275, MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-810) – Mandatory.
• Expertise in Electrical Design software (e.g., SolidWorks Electrical, EPLAN, or AutoCAD Electrical).
• Strong knowledge of Power Distribution, wiring harness design (high/low voltage), and ruggedized components.
• Experience with multidisciplinary integration (Hardware-Software-Mechanics).
• Ability to work in a dynamic, "hands-on" environment and lead projects from concept to field-testing.
• Fluent English (technical level) – advantage.
