Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mechanical Engineer & Project Manager to join our R&D team. This role combines deep mechanical engineering expertise with project management responsibilities, ensuring the successful design, development, and delivery of complex, multidisciplinary antenna systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end mechanical design activities for advanced antenna systems

• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams (electronics, RF, materials) to create innovative solutions under demanding schedules

• Drive product development processes, from initial design and prototyping through testing, validation, and transfer to manufacturing

• Apply knowledge of machining, sheet metal, plastic injection, and composite materials in design and production

• Utilize FEA and CAD tools (e.g., SOLIDWORKS) to optimize mechanical performance and reliability

Project Management

• Define project goals, scope, and deliverables in alignment with customer and business requirements

• Create project plans and timelines (including Gantt charts and milestone tracking)

• Estimate costs and prepare budgets

• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies

• Oversee day-to-day project execution and ensure tasks are completed on time, within scope, and to the required quality standards.

• Manage resources including people, equipment, and suppliers

• Coordinate effectively with external partners and customers worldwide

• Track progress against the plan (time, cost, scope) and manage changes or unexpected issues

• Report regularly on project status to management and clients

What We’re Looking For

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering – required

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in mechanical design and project management

• Strong proficiency in SOLIDWORKS – required

• High-level English – required (ability to work with international customers and teams)

• Expertise in machining, sheet metal, and plastic injection processes – required

• Familiarity with composite materials – advantage

• Experience with FEA tools – advantage

• Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills 

• Creative, solution-oriented thinker, able to work both independently and as part of a team
