Rtbid is building a white-label technology for programmatic advertising, powering SSPs, Ad Exchanges, and Ad Networks. The company already has paying customers, a working MVP in production, and a growing waitlist of companies ready to onboard. Fully remote, bootstrapped, no VC involved.

The Market

The space is proven, with established competitors and validated business models - no product–market fit questions. While the domain is ad-tech, this is a pure SaaS product. Ad-tech experience is not required, as founders and customers provide the necessary domain expertise.

The Role

Take full ownership of the SaaS platform’s lifecycle. You will architect, build, and deploy scalable solutions, working across the entire stack. This role demands high autonomy and a builder mentality to translate product needs into robust production systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the SaaS platform end-to-end.
• Develop dashboards, reporting, and integration features.
• Translate product and client needs into working solutions.
• Design and implement scalable, reliable systems.
• Lay foundations for future expansion (architecture, infrastructure, best practices).
• Collaborate with founders on product direction and execution.
• Manage the full lifecycle: design, development, deployment, and monitoring.

Requirements

• Proven record of delivering SaaS products end-to-end.
• Strong experience across both frontend and backend.
• Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue.js, or similar).
• Comfortable with architecture, APIs, databases, and cloud environments.
• Deep understanding of scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Ability to define and debate the tech stack, then execute it.
• Experience setting up CI/CD, testing, and monitoring environments.
• Ad-tech background is not required—this is a SaaS role, with domain knowledge covered by founders and customers.
