Technical Product Manager

We are seeking for a Technical Product Manager – Defense Organization | Haifa

Experience in Control systems, C4I, Networking, Sensor Networks and RF!!

What will you do?

Lead the complete product lifecycle: concept, design, development, release, and roadmap.

Translate business needs and customer requirements into detailed technical product specifications and user stories.

Collaborate closely with development teams, designers, UX/UI experts, system architects, and QA engineers to define and deliver high-quality products.

Create and maintain a clear product roadmap, managing feature prioritization based on impact, effort, and strategic alignment.

What we’re looking for:

Experience in Command & Control systems, C4I, Networking, Sensor Networks and RF – a must.

Strong technical background: 2+ years in a hands-on engineering, development, or architecture role (e.g., electrical engineer, software developer, system architect).

2–3 years of experience as a Technical Product Manager.

Strong understanding of real-time systems, operational communications, and sensor/platform management.

Previous military or professional experience in C4I systems – advantage.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills – able to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience writing technical and functional documentation.

Deep understanding of system architecture, APIs, data flows, and cloud/on-prem infrastructure.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
