Theo Grace is looking for a AI & Video Creative Specialist. This is a rare chance to sit at the sweet spot of storytelling and scale, building world-class paid-social creatives that are as emotionally magnetic as they are performance-driven, for one of the fastest-growing personalized fashion and jewelry brands globally.

This isn’t your typical video role. We’re looking for someone who wants to shape the future of creative production, combining tech + taste to make work that’s beautiful and clever.

Responsibilities

• Bring our custom art to life through smart, compelling videos for social media (IG, TikTok, YouTube, Meta Ads, etc.)
• Explore and apply AI tools to supercharge our content and push creative boundaries
• Edit, animate, and craft content that connects emotionally and drives results
• Collaborate with our creative and marketing team to ideate, test, and evolve new concepts weekly
• Utilize the latest AI tools like Runway, Veo, Sora, or 3D.

Requirements

• You speak fluent AI: ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Sora, D-ID, etc. You're ahead of the curve
• You know your way around Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and maybe even CapCut, Figma, or DaVinci
• You’re not afraid to test, fail, and iterate fast
• You know what actually works on social
• You’ve got 2+ years of experience in either content creation, video editing, or motion graphics
• You’re curious, independent, and creative with a great visual eye
