Rtbid is building a white-label technology for programmatic advertising, powering SSPs, Ad Exchanges, and Ad Networks. The company already has paying customers, a working MVP in production, and a growing waitlist of companies ready to onboard. Fully remote, bootstrapped, no VC involved.

The Market

The space is proven, with established competitors and validated business models - no product–market fit questions. While the domain is ad-tech, this is a pure SaaS product. Ad-tech experience is not required, as founders and customers provide the necessary domain expertise.

The Role

Architect, develop, and implement end-to-end data pipelines and machine learning solutions. You will be a key contributor in building our data infrastructure, from initial data collection and feature engineering to model deployment and continuous optimization, directly impacting product capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and build end-to-end data pipelines and ML models.
• Develop predictive algorithms for bidding optimization and fraud detection.
• Take ownership of data products from concept to production deployment.
• Collaborate with engineering to integrate data science into the core platform.
• Analyze large datasets to drive product insights and business strategy.
• Continuously optimize model performance and data accuracy.

Requirements

• Strong background in data science, machine learning, and statistics.
• Proficiency in Python/R, SQL, and modern data stack tools.
• Experience deploying ML models into production environments.
• Builder mentality – comfortable creating data infrastructure from scratch.
• Ability to translate complex data findings into actionable product features.
• Experience with large-scale datasets and distributed computing is a plus.
