The Head of oRTB/VAST will oversee the day-to-day management and optimization of digital advertising campaigns, focusing on programmatic advertising strategies and delivering measurable results. They will lead the development, execution, and improvement of oRTB and VAST initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless integration with business objectives. This full-time, on-site role is based in Tel Aviv-Yafo.

• Expertise in oRTB (Open Real-Time Bidding) technologies and VAST (Video Ad Serving Template) implementation
• Experience in programmatic advertising strategies and campaign optimization
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools for performance tracking and data analysis
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and effectively communicate goals and performance metrics
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in the digital advertising industry is strongly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced degree is a plus)
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal; additional language skills are an advantage
