Are you ready to build a high-margin supply chain from the ground up? FixPoint is disrupting the European DIY market with a global franchise model focused on small, urban retail units. Our model is fueled by an exclusive Private Label (PL) strategy that delivers 45%+ Gross Margin (GP) and is designed for rapid expansion through franchising. We are targeting 2,500 units across Europe, supported by FinTech and AI platforms.

We are seeking a VP Supply Chain & PL Operations (with Co-Founder potential) to architect, establish, and manage the core engine of our profitability. Your success will directly determine our ability to deliver a 2.26-year ROI to every franchisee.

🗺️ Our Global Operational Hubs:

The successful candidate will manage operations integrated across our three critical locations:

 * Strategic HQ: Tel Aviv, Israel (IP & Tech Development)

 * Logistics Core: Łódź, Poland (Central Inventory & Distribution Hub)

 * Financial Hub: Sofia, Bulgaria (Holding & Tax Efficiency)

🔑 The Mandate: Architecting the 45\% GP Engine

This is a senior founding role focused on global execution and profitability:

 * Private Label (PL) Establishment: Full ownership of building the PL brand from scratch, including global sourcing, vendor negotiation, R&D coordination, and rigorous Quality Control (QC) for all product lines.

 * Logistics for Scale: Designing the logistics network to support the rapid, dense deployment of small, urban sales points across major European cities.

 * Central Hub Management (Łódź): Establishing and managing the Polish Hub to operate as a Lean, Just-In-Time (JIT) distribution center for the entire network.

 * Cost and Profitability: Direct responsibility for continuously reducing procurement/distribution costs while maximizing the company's 45\%+ GP.

📚 We Are Looking For:

 * 7+ years of experience in a senior leadership role (VP/Director) managing global supply chain for a major retailer or CPG company.

 * Critical experience in establishing and scaling Private Label brands internationally is mandatory.

 * Proven ability to manage European logistics centers and develop a lean supply chain.
