This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Manager, located in Negba. The Maintenance Manager will oversee maintenance operations, including planning and executing preventive maintenance tasks, leading repairs, and managing maintenance staff. Daily responsibilities include scheduling and supervising maintenance team activities, ensuring equipment reliability, and maintaining compliance with safety and operational standards. The Maintenance Manager will also work closely with other departments to ensure seamless production flow and address technical challenges proactively.

• Proficiency in Maintenance Management and Maintenance & Repair processes to ensure equipment performance and operational efficiency
• Strong skills in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance to enhance system reliability and minimize downtime
• Proven Supervisory Skills to lead, train, and manage maintenance teams effectively
• Understanding of health, safety, and compliance regulations in industrial environments
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues efficiently
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting, particularly in packaging or automation, is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred
