About the role:

• Lead a department consisting of several development teams responsible for core Billing systems.

• Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of mission-critical systems that directly impact the company’s operations and revenue.

• Manage managers, including coaching, capability building, and ensuring high-quality leadership.

• Manage on-call rotations and provide 24/7 support for essential business processes.

• Collaborate with business and operational units, consolidating complex requirements into practical, high-quality solutions.

• Lead large-scale work plans, prioritize tasks, and ensure achievement of goals.

• Develop and retain employees while implementing effective work methodologies.

• Promote internal innovation based on deep understanding of business needs, including initiating improvements and smart work practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Software Engineering, or a related field – must

• Significant experience managing managers and multiple development teams – must

• Deep expertise in core Billing systems with strong understanding of technological processes

• Hands-on experience working in an AGILE environment

• Proven experience leading large-scale projects in mission-critical systems involving extensive cross-organizational interfaces

• Previous experience developing complex financial systems – a strong advantage

• Ability to drive innovation, identify development and improvement opportunities, and leverage deep knowledge of business and technological systems
