Software Engineering Team Lead

A global Cybersecurity company that has developed an AI-driven and Data Analysis product.

Located in central Israel near the train line and operates in a hybrid model with two work-from-home days per week.

The company has been operating for over a decade and employs around 150 people worldwide, including approximately 60 in Israel.

The role -

• Building a new team focused on integrating with the company’s Cybersecurity and Platform systems.
• Developing dashboards and APIs in a high-scale, secure, microservices-based, Big Data environment.
• Reporting directly to the Director of R&D.
• Backend development in Python within an AWS environment.
• Working with SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, and Cassandra.
• Developing and maintaining Kubernetes-based microservices.

Requirements-

• 5 years of backend development - must
• 3+ years of technical leadership experience, people management - must
• 2 years’ experience in Python
• Must have experience with Architecture, PostgreSQL, Cloud, Micro-Services development.
• Must have experience in leading projects and planning work in Agile and dynamic manner.
• Experience in Linux, AWS – an advantage
• BSc or BA in Computer Science or Software Engineering
