Creative Manager (AI-Driven)

We are looking for a Creative Manager to join our marketing team and help us dominate the industry ("Devour the World" attitude required!).

Reporting directly to the CMO, you will lead our creative strategy, blending top-tier design with data-driven performance, while taking full ownership of project management across all creative workflows—timelines, briefs, priorities, and cross-team alignment.

What You’ll Do:

 • Lead the Pack: Manage and mentor our internal design team and oversee external creative agencies to deliver world-class assets.

 • Guardian of the Brand: Ensure brand consistency and innovation across all creative touchpoints.

 • 360° Creative Impact: Oversee the design of all marketing assets—Websites, Landing Pages, Social Media content, and Performance Campaigns (PC & Mobile).

 • Strategic Direct Campaigns: Lead the creative direction for direct campaigns.

 • Innovate: Proactively propose and execute new creative initiatives to boost brand presence and campaign effectiveness, and bring new creative energy that elevates our style, ideas, and impact.

 • Work closely with Product, Data, UA, and Project Management to ensure smooth execution and measurable results.

 • Take full ownership of execution—from planning to delivery, reviews, iteration, and optimization.

Who You Are:

 • Gaming Veteran: 3+ years of experience in the Gaming industry - Must.

 • AI First Mindset: You don't just use tools; you master them. Expert in leveraging advanced AI for creative efficiency.

 • Data-Driven Creative: Ability to work closely with Data & User Acquisition (UA) teams to optimize performance.

 • Leader: Proven experience in managing creative processes and leading teams.

 • Gamer at Heart: Passion for video games is a huge advantage.

 • Hungry for Success: You are ambitious, energetic, and ready to conquer the market with us, operating comfortably in a fast-moving startup environment with tight cycles and shifting priorities.

 • Proactive and self-driven, with the ability to bring fresh ideas and push creative boundaries.
