Manufacturing Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced Manufacturing Engineering Manager to join our medical device organization in Yokneam.

In this strategic leadership role, the Manager will oversee end-to-end NPI processes, drive Design-for-Manufacturing, and ensure a robust, compliant transfer from R&D to full-scale production. Responsibilities include managing ECO and BOM structures, coordinating with global suppliers and contract manufacturers, supporting quality and regulatory requirements, executing risk-management activities, and leading continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing lifecycle.

Qualifications include:

A minimum of 7 years of engineering experience within the medical device industry, proven expertise in product transfer and production line setup, strong understanding of FDA 21 CFR 820 and ISO 13485, and proficiency in SolidWorks, ERP, and PLM systems. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, analytical professional with strong cross-functional communication skills and a commitment to operational excellence.
