Project Manager - Innovation and Medical Data

Shaare Zedek Scientific (Madait) is the Medical Center's innovation arm, leading collaborations with HealthTech companies. We serve as the bridge between companies and the Medical Center, working closely with the IT department to promote medical data partnerships in and digital health collaborations.

Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager who will serve as the key liasion  between our innovation center and internal stakeholders. In this role, you will oversee ento-to-end delivery of of data-related requests and projects,  managing all stages of the process, including data identification, specification, extraction, processing, integration, and psecure client access.

The role combines technological understanding of databases and medical systems and requires effective communication with a wide range of hospital teams such as information security, clinicians, medical records, admissions, and more.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead medical data projects  from requirement gathering to delivery.
• Translate clinical and research needs into detailed technical requirements and practical solutions.
• Implement and document standard work methodologies to ensure quality, consistency, and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with IT teams, data scientists, and researchers to define processes for data extraction, anonymization, and secure cloud uploads.
• Coordinating and mediating between internal and external stakeholders.
• Troubleshooting technical and operational challenges, providing creative and effective solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management or related field.
• Experience  with SQL and Python programming.
• Experience in managing technological or data-driven projects, preferably in healthcare.
• Excellent technical understanding and ability to work with complex databases.
• High attention to detail, accountability, and multitakking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English.

Position Scope

• Full-time position, based in Jerusalem.
