NPI Engineer

A successful company developing, manufacturing, and marketing electronic warfare systems for the defense and homeland security industries, specializing in counter-IED electronic warfare, communication jamming solutions for drones and mobile phones, and intelligence solutions.

The role includes designing wiring for complex RF electronic systems, from block diagrams to detailed design level, defining components for the product production file, building product trees and detailed production screens, and driving engineering processes to support manufacturing and provide engineering support for production processes.

The company is located in Tel Aviv (near the train), with work conducted from the office, and employs approximately 100–150 people.

Requirements -

• B.Sc. or Practical Engineer in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
• 4+ years of experience in NPI (New Product Introduction).
• Knowledge/experience in preparing wiring and cable drawings at a detailed design level.
• Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and electronic specifications.
• Understanding of electronic/electromechanical components.
• Proficiency in computer drawing software such as Visio.
