Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Vice President of Research and Development based in Tel Aviv District, Israel, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The VP of R&D will oversee ongoing research initiatives and strategically guide product and software development to meet business goals. Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, managing R&D projects, driving innovation in product development, and ensuring timely delivery of cutting-edge solutions. The role will require fostering collaboration across departments and aligning research efforts with customer needs and organizational objectives.

• Expertise in Research and Development (R&D), with a track record of innovative problem-solving and advancing technologies
• Strong management skills in Project Management and Cross-functional Team Leadership, with the ability to collaborate across various disciplines effectively
• Proficiency in Software Development and Product Development, with a deep understanding of the software lifecycle and market requirements
• Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and decision-making skills
• An advanced degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is highly desirable
• Experience working in the AI industry or with optimization solutions is a significant advantage
