Role Description

We are looking for a Software Engineer (Team Lead) to guide a talented engineering team in building large-scale, high-performance SaaS features that impact millions of users worldwide. This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you’ll influence architecture, drive execution, and help shape the engineering culture.

About the Role

As a Software Engineer (Lead), you will lead a team across multiple technology domains, owning projects from design to production. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, UX, Data Science, and other engineering groups to deliver secure, scalable, and customer-focused solutions.

We’re looking for a technical leader with strong engineering fundamentals, excellent judgment, and a passion for building systems that hold up in the real world.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of software engineers working across backend, frontend, and cloud components.
• Design, architect, and deliver end-to-end features for our large-scale SaaS platform.
• Oversee and improve production systems operating in high-scale, mission-critical environments.
• Partner with Product, UX, and Data Science teams to build impactful customer-facing capabilities.
• Drive engineering excellence through code reviews, architectural discussions, and best practices.
• Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in a technical leadership role.
• Hands-on experience with modern web stacks such as React, Node.js, Java, .NET Core, or Scala.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies (AWS / GCP / Azure).
• Proven track record of leading projects end-to-end in fast-moving environments.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with a passion for mentoring others.
• A mindset for building systems that are scalable, reliable, and production-ready.
• Advantage: Experience in cybersecurity, AI, or computer vision.
