Our dynamic group of innovators and seasoned entrepreneurs is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Development Team Leader to take charge of a crucial portion of our development team.

Job Description:

As a Software Development Team Lead, you will be leading a team of developers responsible for Cyber Thread Intelligence, lead design, implementation, and maintain our cloud software, ensuring a reliable, scalable, and secured product that continues to be leading offer in the industry. You will work closely with our security experts, data scientist, product management and QA teams to advance cutting edge capabilities of cyber detection, protection and management. Reporting to the VP of R&D.

Key Responsibilities:

● Development: You will own delivery of all Threat-Intelligence related software and services, and own development of mission critical new capabilities end to end.

● Sound Engineering practices: Lead the design of new components and features of our cloud software products, ensuring reliability, maintainability, scale and performance as well as refactoring ones we have need to refactor.

● Collaboration: Work closely with development team members, security teams to understand their requirements and provide solutions that enhance the overall usability, security, accuracy and performance of our products.

Required Qualifications:

● Java and TypeScript programming: Our main programming language in use is Java, and with some TypeScript based components aimed for internal use.

● Experience: At least 8 years of experience in development, building high-scale production environments over public cloud infrastructure. At least 3 years in team leader role.

● High scale: Familiar and hands on experience working with highly distributed systems data pipelines for near real-time processing.

● Containerization: Proven experience with Dockers, Containers, and Kubernetes.

● Security Focus: A solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and experience implementing security features. Familiarity with Cyber threats a big plus

● Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with other teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

● Agile: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices

● CI/CD: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and building new ones
